Welcome to PataViews! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not use a false identity or impersonate another person.
  • PataViews will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Services

  • PataViews provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and comments for various platforms.
  • We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
  • We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
  • You agree that you will not use our services for any content that is defamatory, hateful, or violates any platform's community guidelines.

3. Payments and Billing

  • You agree to pay for all services you purchase through the site. Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateways like M-Pesa and Flutterwave.
  • All payments are for services to be delivered. Once funds are added to your wallet balance, they are non-refundable and must be used for services on PataViews.
  • Fraudulent activity, such as using stolen credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any reason once an order is placed and confirmed. If an order cannot be delivered, the full amount will be credited to your PataViews wallet. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for more information.

5. Service Rules

  • You agree not to place orders for the same link/profile simultaneously through our service or other providers. We cannot guarantee correct delivery in such cases and will not offer refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without notice.
  • The delivery timeframes mentioned on the service descriptions are estimates. We are not responsible for delays if they occur.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or account without reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

PataViews is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We are not liable for any account suspension, content deletion, or other penalties imposed by social media platforms. You use our services at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
